AMENDMENT II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

THAT MEANS THE ARMED FORCES, AND DOES NOT MEAN EVERY YOKEL CAN HAVE A GUN. PERIOD.

Consider this, if "militia" indicates military, "the right of the people to keep and bear "Arms", shall not be infringed. The word "Arms" as written refers also to the military (capital “A”)… therefore the right to bear "Arms means the right to have a military and not for personal use. The NRA et.al. is abridging the Constitution and should be sued. (And dissolved - ed.).

This Amendment insures the right to have a military.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a psychological term applies to LaPierre, Limbaugh, Drudge, Issa, The GOP, FOX "NEWS", Clear Channel, NRA, Club For Growth, The US Chamber of Commerce, The Cato Institute, The Heritage Foundation, The Rutherford Institute, "Liberty" & Regent "Universities, "Tea" Parties, etc., et.al. It is called OVERCOMPENSATION: the psychological deformity appears when a negative becomes a false positive. For Example, when insecurity invades the mind, the reaction is boldness... a bully is a coward and so on...

In these cases, the aforementioned have very small penises, thereby the use of firearms: WMD'S - SEMI-AUTOMATIC WEAPONS, AMMUNITION, ETC. Here is an example - You be the judge:
